There was a ton of rain the second and third day of our stay and we had no hot water because they were having electricity problems. The pillows were very flat, towels were starchy and stiff and had ants crawling up the bathroom wall. Luckily we asked a different person working the next morning about the laundry and they were very helpful in arranging for the laundry to be picked up from the property and dropped back off.Īside from the confusion of the hotel services the room was also a bit lacking for comfort. The website also says they have a laundry service, but we were told at check in that we would have to take it ourselves and he gave no further information other than the location. When we arrived at the property however, the person checking us in said they didn’t have breakfast there and didn’t give any further explanation as to why it was still listed on their website. We booked directly through the property website which says they offer breakfast as an option and had photos of the breakfast room and our Lonely Planet guide book also suggested the property offered breakfast. We were sadly disappointed in our stay here and from the beginning felt a little mislead.
